All abstracts received will undergo a peer review process conducted by the conference’s scientific and organizing committees. Each submission will be evaluated based on its relevance, originality, clarity, and scientific or professional merit. Authors will be notified of the review outcome within the stipulated timeline, and accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation in accordance with the conference program guidelines.

Break-Out Rooms

Breakout rooms are sessions that are split off from the main virtual meeting. They allow the participants to meet in smaller groups, and are completely isolated in terms of audio and video from the main session. 

  • Direct Private Interaction with the Presenter after each session
  • A duration of 15mins to 35mins
  • Breakout rooms are private and will not recorded

Demo Sessions

An optional demo session will be arranged before the conference. A visual demonstration on uses of virtual platform and agenda release.

Conference Schedule & Timeliness

All sessions will be conducted according to the official program timetable. Attendees are encouraged to arrive on time for each session and plan their day accordingly to fully benefit from the conference activities.

    Abstract Review Process & Guidelines

    Submission Requirements

    We invite Pediatric professionals, including researchers, academicians, and industry professionals, to submit original, published, and unpublished work relevant to the conference themes.

    Please ensure the following before submission:

    • Abstracts should represent the original work.
    • Please add your references (If any)
    • Include your picture in the abstract.
    • The full name with credentials of Author should be highlighted with their affiliation.
    • The Abstract should be written in English.
    • Please indicate one – three most relevant themes for your abstract from the conference sessions/tracks.
    • Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract (Kindly refer the Abstract template for example).
    • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
    • Abstracts that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.
    • Abstarct received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended

    Double-Blind Peer Review

    Abstracts that pass the initial screening are subjected to a double-blind peer review process.

    • Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
    • Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant subject area.
    • Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

    Abstract Format Guidelines

    • An abstract is a compendious summary of a research paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion. It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 200-250.
    • Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
    • Try to keep the Abstract titles short, but descriptive. Informative titles, indicating key points are encouraged. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
    • Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
    • Make sure that the scientific names are in Italic.
    • Use a negative exponent (g. kgm-3) and do not indicate units as divisions (e.g. kg/m 3).
    • Any Chemical formulae should be written in a standard form such as “CaCO3”, not as “CaCO3”. Use a zero before decimal points such as “0.45,” not “.45.”

    • Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text

    Acceptance Notification

    Final decisions are made based on reviewers’ recommendations:

    • Authors will receive notification within 2–5 days of submission.
    • Decision categories may include: Accepted (Oral), Accepted (Poster), or Revision Required.

    Guidelines For The Co-Authors

    • Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference.
    • If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
    • However, they will be given a waiver of 25% in Listener’s Registration Fee.
    • The certificate will also be issued for the co-authors upon their registration/payment for the

    How do I submit an abstract?

    Abstracts must be submitted through our online submission portal or to the register mail id Program Manager. Please ensure that your abstract follows the submission guidelines, format requirements, and is submitted before the stated deadline. Visit the Abstract Submission page to proceed.

    When will I be notified about my abstract status?

    Authors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts within 2–5 days of submission.

    Can I submit more than one abstract?

    Yes, participants may submit up to three (3) abstracts. Each abstract must be submitted separately and will be reviewed independently. A maximum of two abstracts may be presented as oral presentations, while one must be presented as a poster.

    When should I complete my registration?

    Presenters are required to register only after receiving the official abstract acceptance letter from the Conference Program Manager.

    What is the abstract submission deadline?

    The abstract submission deadline is the final date by which authors must submit their research abstract through the conference submission system.

    How are abstracts reviewed?

    All abstracts undergo an initial screening followed by a double-blind peer review. Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. For detailed information, please refer to the Abstract Review Process section.

    What presentation formats are available?

    The conference offers the following presentation types: Plenary Presentations. Keynote Presentations, Flash Talks, Concurrent Oral Presentations, Symposia, Poster Presentations.

    Are there awards for outstanding presentations?

    Yes, the conference will recognize excellence through awards for Best Oral Presentation, Young Researcher Award, and Best Poster Presentation.

    Do delegates or listeners need to submit an abstract?

    No. Delegates and listeners can register directly and are not required to submit an abstract or paper.
